The ASV 90 Air Supply Ventilator is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty is void if the unit is moved, reinstalled, modified, or used for purposes other than bringing fresh air into a room. This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the unit (at Condar's option), and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
