Weatherproof Backsavers, made by Condar, are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase, providing the product has not been altered or abused. Backsavers will be repaired or replaced at Condar’s option.

To make a claim under the above warranty, please send your Backsaver prepaid, along with proof of purchase, your name and address, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the problem with your Backsaver, to:
