The Between Room Ventilator (BRV) is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase.  This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.  This warranty is void if the unit is moved, reinstalled, modified, or used for purposes other than transmitting air between rooms.  This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the unit, at Condar's option, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.

To make claims under the above warranty, send the unit and proof of purchase, along with your name, address, date of purchase, and problem with unit, prepaid to:
