Condar Catalytic Combustor Warranty

Condar catalytic combustors are warranted to the original purchaser against failure of function, materials, or workmanship for a period of five years providing the following terms are met:

• The combustor is used only in an E.P.A. certified woodburning appliance.
• The combustor is properly sized for the appliance.
• The combustor is used according to the original appliance manufacturer’s instructions and Condar's catalytic combustor care instructions.

Exclusions to this Warranty

• Failure due to misuse, abuse, or the use of fuels other than natural wood.
• Failure due to improper sizing or installation.
• Installation charges.
• Any incidental or consequential damages.

Remedies under this Warranty

Condar Company will replace a defective combustor free of charge for the first year following the date of purchase providing the above terms have been met. After the first year, replacement will be at the following rate:

• Year 2--35% of original price paid
• Year 3--50% of original price paid
• Year 4--75% of original price paid
• Year 5--90% of original price paid
• Year 6--Replacement at original price paid

To compute the prorated charge due, multiply the price paid by the factor indicated for that year on the chart above.

Example: original price paid was $110, combustor fails in year two —

$110	X	35%	=	$38.50 prorated charge
(original price)	X	(multiplier from chart)	=	amount due

Please return the combustor with your warranty claim (included with your combustor), a copy of the original receipt indicating the date of purchase, place of purchase and the price paid, plus the shipping charge along with the proper prorated payment, if applicable (see chart above) to:
