Directions for Use
The unique, patented Half Kettle is cast by artisans in the United States of recycled aluminum. This light-weight, high-quality product introduces humidity to the air of the home naturally, thus avoiding the dangers of super-dry air. Humidification of dry air favors your body's natural defenses against airborne pathogens.
Fill your Half Kettle with water until the waterline is even with the bottom of the lettering on the inside wall of the Half Kettle. When the water level runs low, you may either take the Half Kettle to the sink (use stove gloves if the kettle is hot!) or you may pour water into the kettle as it sits on the stove. If your Half Kettle has run dry and your stove is still hot, remove it from the stove and allow to cool before adding more water. Adding water to a hot and empty kettle can result in a flash of hot steam, causing serious burns!
Ask you Dealer about Condar's unique Stove Scents aroma oils. They're specially formulated to add to the water of your steamer, adding subtle fragrances to the steam.
The Polished Aluminum (silver color) Half Kettle has a very easy care finish. If the finish does dull, please use a non-abrasive polish to easily restore its original luster.
Your Black Half Kettle is painted with high temperature stove paint. You may notice a slight odor when using the Half Kettle the first time or two. This odor will disappear once the paint has cured.
Caution: Do not drink water out of the Half Kettle. It is for Humidification only!
