Wood-fired ovens make wonderful breads, pizza, and casseroles but monitoring your temperatures isn’t easy--unless you have an oven thermometer designed specifically for wood-ovens.

Condar’s CHEF thermometers are heat-responsive and very easy to read through your oven window. They’re made in the United States of brushed aluminum, with highest-quality bimetallic coil for long-term use. The high-temperature black and red inks show temperatures (available in Fahrenheit scale or Celsius scale) clearly on the dial.  Pointer is bright white.
